I totally agree with the person who said it feels like your lungs are going to collapse with all the mold. When I moved in I signed a year lease and the apartment apeared to be okay. The only good things I have to say about it is that it is cheap, quite and a safe place to live. When I moved in I noticed some mold around the back door and window. Now there is even more mold because the window leaks...really bad...and the managers response to this was to deal with it. The manager sent in carpet cleaners after the floor got ruined when it rained really bad, the only thing they did was put down a fan. The other problem we had was the bathroom. The toilet smelled so bad, everytime it was flushed you could smell the odor from anywhere in the apartment. I tried cleaning it, which was disgusting because there is mold all over the inside of it, I also tried air freshners which wouldn't even cover up the smell. The sink was leaking and forming mold in the cabinet below the it, when we called to have it replaced from all the mold, they painted over the mold in black so that you couldn't see it anymore. Overall this place is just nasty and the manager is horrible and doesn't live there so she doesn't care. Honestly it is just not worth the money to live here.
