I am sorry to see all of the negative writting, I manage Lisle Station and was not even aware that this site existed. I have always told my tenats I am a phone call away. Some of these problems, don't even sound sane, I never heard about them, or received a call. I am sorry that some of my tenants felt that bad, if they would have PICKED UP a phone I may have been able to result some of these problems. I have been here 14 years and have never had problems, you will have noise, car parking problems, and yes A/c is not considered an emergency on the week-ends. I do my best to make sure my residents are happy, but as we all know I can't make everyone 100% happy, someone will always be unhappy. I have many happy tenants, the few that are not I am sorry, but I do my best to satify all. Oh by the way, None of the ratings were mine, I sign my name to what I write.

Well it does not seem that you do put your name. It says anonymous Marie. This place sucks and you are not a phone call away. Bull Honky. If these apartments are so great why don't you come live here for a couple of weeks. Did not think so..

I have lived here for 4 months. The People in the dog building are very nice, Some, sometimes don't clean up after their pet but over all they do. The management are very friendly and when they see me always ask how is everything. The noise is low compared to some places I have lived. The parking is ample. The only draw back is small kitchen, but once you get a hutch and some shelves its not to bad. And I don't like the fact the fan has to be running when you turn on bathroom light. Its noisy. And the smoke alarms in the building go off about 1-2 times a week. Seems better lately. People have to remember when they are cooking turn on range fan. I might renew my lease one more year. And I dont smell no mold in out building on the second floor.

These building are structurally unsound and maintenance is done cheaply. Response time is unacceptable. This is the direct responsibility of Kenneth Olsen and not the people who work for him. I hope that it doesn't take a tragic accident before he revises his management philosophy to incorporate decent customer service. He might realize what most people in business have know for a long time. It is much more cost effective to care for you present customers than to try to gain new ones. Every unhappy tenant who leaves will tell at least 12 other people and with the web, many more. I also think that the village of Lisle is culpable in not inspecting these building on any regular schedule.

These apartments are inspected before anyone moves into them , the village signs off on EACH apartment before the renters move-in I would like the person above to come forward and talk to the people in the office for better confirmation and proof instead of saying lies about the property. This is the property manager and it should be clear on why my e-mail in not on this site. The property does have e-mail I am using my own e-mail and time to respond. Does that sound like someone who doesn't care about the property? I have no problem saying Lisle Station is not perfect, but before you assume something, ASK if your not sure.
