I am in the dog building. They people are very friendly. The ladies in the office are polite and always ask when they see you, how is everything' Its an older building but if you have any problems, they do fix them in a timely manner. I did see and smell a little mold in the basement floor but I am on the second and have not seen or smelled any. I have lived here 4 months. The stove and fridge were new. The tiles in the bathroom could be replaced. The apt is spacious. The kitchen is very tiny. So you have to buy a cabinet and maybe some shelves. But once you get what you need to organize your apt. It really is not to bad. The noise is not to bad, probably because of so few kids. But my neighbor above me I swear they never sleep. I asked the lady below me if they hear us she said no. Parking is not an issue as there is plenty. I moved in here because they took my dog that is on a restricted list at most apts, and I was coming from out of state. Everyone seems to look out for their neighbor and I feel safe living here. I would recommed lisle station as a transition apt, or if its just you or a couple. The grounds are nice kind of a woodsy feel. I love how it is so close to the train station and shopping.
