I have been here almost a year. The staff is very friendly and are always there. Parking has never been a problem. There is plenty. I do not have a problem with any mold. The stove and fridge are newer. The laundry room is well kept as well as the rest of the building. I have no issues with noise, although I am an end unit. It is the perfect place for commuters as the train station is a 5 minute walk. The only thing I don't like is that there are too many speed bumbs. It's close to the post office and major expressways. And they have recycle bins by the dumbster which I love. Overall, a nice place to live for a good price.
