Fair value. Staff does their best. However, like any place. It only takes a few bad apples (--------) to spoil the place. They drink beer and sit on cars. The Lisle police will show up after about 30 minutes if you call them. Try not to live on the first floor. People will look in at you. Parking at night is scary. No lighting. Speed bumps need replacing and the property is showing it's age. Built in the early 1970's.
