Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
I lived at Four Lakes for a year too long. In the time I was there my car was stolen, and I was attacked outside of the pub. There was no hot water for a month. One of the perks was they took a dog over 30 lbs. This was the only perk. Upon leaving, I was "charged" for a new counter top so I never saw any of my deposit back. All in all a terrible experience, but do not take my word for it.
