This is the worst place ever to live. Four Lakes decided to turn my 725 square foot apt into condo's 1 month after I signed a 12 month lease. They tour up the hallways making it impossible to get through 8am-5pm. The noise was horrible and construction workers were rude. About 3 months into the phase, Four Lakes wanted to come into my home for 7 - 14 days and tear up the closests to add washers and dryers. My options, placing all my things in my living room while construction workers helped themselves Monday - Friday (8am-5pm) or I can move into another building with no compensation!!!!!! All this at no discount in my month rent (which was $1,000) per month. Absolutely not! I called a lawyer and they threatened to sue Four Lakes. I recceived $300.00 in moving costs (to another building, there was no way they were letting me out of my lease''') and 2 months free rent. Besides the problems with the building, We had several incidents of
noise, peeping tom's and car vandalism. Terrible place to live if you like to be home and relax from time to time. E
