If you like the location of Four Lakes, but could do without the "Frat Party" atmosphere and filth, you might be interested in "Purchasing" a luxury townhouse in Hidden Lakes. I'm selling my townhome which is directly Southwest of Four Lakes and is located on the Seven Bridges Golf Course. This four year old, beautiful town home has two bedrooms, a loft which is currently a work out room, a beautiful view of the golf course, two car garage, and tons of upgrades. My current mortgage is around $1,400 - of which, the interest is tax deductible. ( Renting is truly like throwing money away ! )
