Very rude at the Leasing Office and on the Phone. Even though it's a beautiful property, the people who work there just make it seem like it's too uppity, when really, it should not be at all!
People at the reception desk are rude, and if you ask them a question, their answers are short....as if to tell us to get out of their faces. They are not very helpful. For example, if you're looking for someone (like a leasing agent) or if you're asking a question, they're answers are, "She's not here right now" or "You need come back during the day". Sure, they deal with tenants and questions every day, but they need to be a little more courteous.
One time, I had to pick up a package and the lady behind the reception desk looked angry and bothered.
It's a great place to live...safe and awesome amenities. But the management staff is not very welcoming. Hopefully, you can avoid them and still be happy!
