Great Community, Terrible Parking and Internet Access

I must begin by saying the community and recreational facilities are great. The maintenance services are responsive but often fail to fix anything the first time.

They told me 2 years ago when I moved in that highbandwidth internet access would be installed "next month". I'm wondering if they meant "next decade". If I were a lawyer I'd sue for false advertising.

An abundance of avaliable parking spots go unused as they wish to charge residents a fee every month to park there (under the Towers). Consequently when you have guests they often have to park the equivalent of 3 or 4 blocks away.
