Not a safe place to live, when you have a problem neighbor plan on moving because nothing will be resolved.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
beware of your fireplace...they are dangerous as they are not required to have upkeep.
many druggies live here and deal
walls & floors thin...you can hear everything!
If you have a problem do not bring it to the board...unless your friends are on it. They do not like conflict.
If they do give you a warning...do not worry, because in the end they will not take the effort to collect fines...which means others are not either.
If you do not like dog ---- all over this is not a place for you.
It is not worth the money you pay unless you are 21 and do not care about where you live.
