I moved to this area after a job offer in Naperville. Drove to Chicago three times to search for apartments. I enjoy the landscape in Four Lakes but I was concerned about the negative feedbacks in this website.
Despite all the comments, I decided to move in just because the low price, less than $600 a month.
After moved in I realized I really enjoy living here. Air conditioning won't cost you a lot, much much more cheaper than my previous place in Ohio. Residents are always polite and nice. It is always quiet as well.
Most residents are professionals working in nearby areas, including myself.
The only shortcoming is that you might feel tired afer carrying all your groceries to your apartment. Although the elevator can help but you still have to carry a little.
After all, I think I made a great choice living here. I also think the negative comments are unfair to the apartment. The only thing about that I can confirm is that salespersons do change quickly in the office, but the manager has been working here for 6 years. She is very helpful and friendly.
