Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1997
 
Lived here for two years with generally decent responsiveness for property concerns. Noise level and parking availability were problematic. Additionally, closely review your exit charges and withholding of security deposit. I actually cleaned the mini-blinds and was charged under the assumption that no one cleans the blinds on check out. Refund was issued in three weeks. Impersonal, cliquish management/sales staff and impeccable landscaping rotation. It's a dice roll!
