I have lived here for 10 months now. I will be leaving when my lease is up, but only because of the price. The apartments here are definitely over priced, and if you dont use the amenities your wasting your money by renting here. I have never had any problems here! The office staff has always been polite, friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are always taken care of within 24 hours. The fire alarms do go off at random times, but seriously, what do you expect from a building with around 30 apartments on each floor, and 8 floors''' Someone making a pizza and burning it could cause that! Maybe I been very lucky with my floor, because I havent had to complain about the noise once. These other reviews make this place seem like hell, but I've enjoyed living here very much! I am only living because I want to get some cheaper so that I can save more money.

I don't know who would be making pizza once a week at 3 or 4 in the morning, that wouldn't catch on that burning pizza tripped the fire alarm after about the first 432,342 times. Lucky for you you did not have such a terrible experience at Four Lakes, maybe they stopped renting to scum-bags, murderers, rapists, and thiefs... seeing as how all of these crimes (besides murder (that I know of)) were committed quite often while I lived there... and the management actually posted notices to let us know about it.
