The buildings are falling apart, not maintained at all, dirty and dangerous, and the elevators are always broke. Most people who live here now are either unemployed trash or drug addicts which makes this place extremely unsafe. There were a few assaults in the building during the last year. A lot of suspicious people enter the building, thanks to the lobby door which is often broke, or left open.

Parking is horrible.

Last year there was a huge fire in the building. The smoke from the fire damaged all my furniture, my carpet was black.....Management didn't do anything.

The worst part by far is the Management.
The Management at the Four Lakes office is the MOST unprofessional and rude I have ever seen. They are a bunch of uneducated, ignorant and rude people.

Don't let them fool you with all the "amenities" like the pools, tennis courts etc...it's absolutely not worthed.
It's a shame that the bad Management has turned this once decent place to live into a ghetto.

I can't wait until I move out.
