I had a terrible experience living at LakeSide.
It's been some time since I have resided there, but awful memories linger.
Maintanence was horrible - I would consider myself lucky if they responded within 4 days. More times than not, they didnt' correct the problem the first time and had to come back.
Grounds - awful. In the winter, the walkways were rarely shoveled and salted.
Parking - almost as bad as the city of Chiago.
Safety - my boyfriends motorcycle was stolen in broad daylight. Come to find out two Harleys were also stolen earlier that month. Thank you, management, for letting the tennants know.
The lady that lived on the first floor had a mold problem from a flood in her apartment.
I lived on the second floor, and there was an apartment above mine. The movement was NON STOP in the above apartment. There were two families - yes families, two couples, each with children ranging from 9 mos old to 7 years old - living in the 3rd floor apartment. I think they worked different shifts, because there was constant movement - from 6 am to 2am. The kids up there sounded as if they were training for a marathon - running non-stop. Vacuuming at midnight. Blaring music at all hours.
It was maddening.
I couldn't deal with it so I moved.
I would advise anyone considering this complex to steer clear of Lake Side.

Hey idiot...do you realize that you rated the wrong apartment complex? This is Four Lakes, not Lake Side.
