REALLY rude customer service

I do not live in the Towers, but rent a condo in Four Lakes instead. I wanted to live in the Towers, but the person who was in the office was so rude that I left before I finished asking all the questions I wanted to ask. I just called to ask a very simple question which the person in the office would have to be brain dead to not know the answer to, but she just said, "Sorry, no. I don't have that answer," just so she didn't have to walk across the room to find the answer! If you would like this type of responsiveness from your management, go ahead and move on in!
