UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I LIVED AT THE TOWERS AT FOUR LAKES FOR 6 MONTHS. I WAS DISSAPPOINTED BY THE STAFF MANNER. THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I ADVISE OTHERS TO TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION. THE STAFF WAS EAGER AND WILLING TO SIGN ME UP FOR AN APARTMENT BUT AS SOON AS I MOVED IN THERE BEHAVIOR CHANGED. I AM NOT SURE IF THEY WERE NOT TRAINED ADDEQUATELY OR IF THERE MANAGERS ARE NOT CONCERNED WITH HOW THEY TALK TO THEIR TENANTS BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THINGS SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED DIFFERENTLY.
