Its pretty nice here

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
We moved in a couple of months ago and haven't had a problem. The parking can be a little bit rough though. At times there is nowhere to park. Maintence issues are responded to promptly. My townhome was completely overhauled before we moved in right down to new toilets and appliances. Office staff are pretty nice too.
