We moved here mid-May because our old apartments were converted to condos. Our townhouse is spacious and quiet, and we have nice neighbors. We did have ants and those nasty pincher bugs but we spray and all has been okay. The maintenance staff has been great and fixed a shelf in our closet and were here within 5 minutes of our call about a clogged bathtub and sink when we moved in. They fixed it and we haven't had a problem since. I love the location, especially since we won't have to worry about parking for the 4th of July festival! They really do tow if you don't have a parking permit and I think it's great that they do because we haven't witnessed 1 party! That is amazing since we lived in Benedictine's backyard for 6 years where parties were the norm. My 2 little girls have lots of room and we've made friends. The only problem I have here is the people who let their kids sit on my patio and peer through my window daily. All in all, I highly recommend the Villages on Maple. :)
