I moved here from another state and this was my first experience with apt living. They were nice and did comply with any issues at hand that i have made a request on. 2005 they changed hands office wise and the service still maintained a balance they also changed my move in date from feb to march with a price cut in the firstmonth rent for moving my time up one month. They did raise my rent that year and winter time the cleaning of the driveway was actually horrible for parking. this year my rent was raiced once again and things have been quite different but still workable for my needs. i feel that the apts are okay the laundry room are really joke so by all means use at your onw risk. they are maintained decently to some degree. I have one of the older models that was ot remodled so ventilation for circulation of air needs to be addressed in older units still not remodled. I feel save on the complex adn for my child. As I was informed when first renting in Village on Maple there are no section 8 tentants allowed so those statements are false. I live in the A building and yes there is a vast turn over as for my floor has had various move in and outs since my tenure here. I have out grown my apt as for now i feel that it is time to move on to bigger and better area within Lisle as for this is a great village to live in and living in an apt setting will always have its in and outs. but all in all this is a very decent place to reside for your first time out living on your own...

Forgive me for saying this, but if you honestly believe they do not accept Section 8 at the Villages on Maple, you need to open your eyes. Have you ever taken a day off in the middle of the week to see all of the "undesireables" shuffling along the grounds? I don't care what the "less than helpful" office staff says, they absolutely accept Section 8. I recently moved out and could not be happier about it,
