I don't understand where these people live because I love this place. I live in one of the big apartment buildings, not the townhouses, and it is extremely quiet. I have a view of a monastary in my backyard and a forest. There are no bugs, surprisingly, from the trees in the back. The adjoining walls are concrete, so you do not ever hear your neighbors. We live right off of the elevator and by the laundry room, and the traffic outside our door isn't even that bad. I have yet to see one party...except once at a townhouse. There are never congregations of children in the parking lot. I am a stay at home mom who is home all day and I never see any of the behavior or "section 8" people everyone else is speaking of. Maybe I just got lucky' I have not seen the pool yet. Maintenance has quickly responsed and resolved any issues I had. I only had one issue and that is the pilot light going out on my furnace in the winter. Heather in the leasing office is wonderful and nice. Another girl from the leasing office ran a key over once when I was locked out. This place is great. I would stay if the rent wasn't going up, but I heard it is and that it will no longer include utilities. Also, the garbage disposal and the dishwasher have been so convenient! All my friends are jealous of my apartment, I don't understand why people don't like it here.
