before we moved in villages on maple i read these reviews and became very concerned (i had already put a deposit down) but now we've lived here for about 8 months and i can safely say THIS PLACE IS GREAT. My wife and i have a 5 year old and it is great that he has a park right out front to play in that we can see him from our place. the maintenance has been phenominal. during a cold snap we had the area where the water heater was backup and pour sewage all over the bathroom, not only were they on top of it right away; but the next day i got a call that they would clean the entire first floor carpeting for free (even though only an inch of carpet was affected by the damage) I have nothing bad to say about this place and the location is fantastic as well: 10 mins to woodridge and all its stores, ten mins to da nada square, right next to ogden and right by 355. i have no regrets and they have exceded my expectations
