Quite frankly, it's not a bad place at all. For the money, you can't get more around and the location is awesome, especially for Benedictine students. Plan to do your laundry elsewhere - the dryers don't dry!

It is definitely "Section 8" housing, so know that going in. There are plenty of kids, sadly. Parking is never an issue, pool was actually pretty nice. I had NO issues with office staff...they were always nice to me.

There was a family living across the hall that had at least 3 kids in their apartment...how, I can't even imagine. All-in-all, no complaints besides the creepy residents that whistle at you. It was perfect for what I needed at that time. Never felt unsafe. Not loud, surprisingly!

It is NOT Section 8 or any other low income housing - call them and ask them.
