I have lived here for about 2 years. I would say overall the place has been good. Management is professional and there is plenty of parking. I havent had any plumbing issues which can be a huge problem with lots of buildings. The location is fine, close to highway and Jewel. Overall the building has been quite. The elevators are slower and seem somewhat "ghetto" but laundry works fine except when it steals a couple quarters here and there. What's with the people talking low income housing' Everyone has to qualify based on the same standards, income, credit and criminal. There are sketchy people any where you go, get real. Pay your rent on time, and keep to yourself and you shouldnt have any problems. I think a lot of complaints are brought on by the actual tenant themself... however there are always exceptions.
