Parking is good but not at night time. Some areas are really dark. My girlfriend got very scared when a guy grabbed her as she came out of the back door from our building. Of course, it was dark. She was running like crazy and she didn't see the guy's face.

One big problem here is the bad smell coming from my next door neighor. I don't know what they cook but the smell is very disgusting like a fishy odor. It sticks in your clothes and crawls into our living room and they're pretty loud too. I try to hold my breath when I'm in the hallway or I will die. Seriously.

Another problem was in winter time. Cold air is coming in from the windows and doors. I was paying a lot for gas.

Laundry is okay. Washers and dryers are really old, disgusting!

I don't get what I'm paying for in here.
