Th property is currently under renovations, and they are doing a great job fixing this place up. The management has changed many hands over the years, but I think B & A Associates are here to stay. After they finally fired that very RUDE manager that was there from the day they took over on May 22, 2002, until the day they finally fired her on August 12, 2002. They did a great job with her replacement. He is a great manager, and very friendly and very outgoing.
The property is very nicely landscaped, and their maintenance is finally getting up to par. They are finally getting up to speed, and its nice to see that. I have enjoyed living here, and would rent here again if I weren't buying a house. I think that The Villages On Maple is going to continue being a great place to live---especially if they keep the manager they have.
