I would not make a dog live in these conditions.

there is no a/c. that thing in the wall from 1910 is not a/c - it is a home to wayward insects and might blow hot air at you if you're lucky!

If you call the 5 square feet of tile a kitchen, that sucks too. the hot water heater is the size of a large infant, so small it is housed under the damn kitchen counter! mine broke twice and took 13 DAYS to get fixed. yes, that's right - 13 days with no hot water. the kitchen is just outright nasty.

there is mold growing everywhere. you can clean it and watch it grow back while you're watching tv.

there is one maintenece person, and one office person. good luck getting either one of them to get off their butts and do anything.

the "laundry room" looks like something that belongs in a Tool video. I don't think the city has EVER inspected this joint.

garbage comes about 1/5 as often as it needs to - but the fire department makes up for it with their frequent visits at 3:00 a.m. to turn the fire alarms off. other city workers like the police also stop by on a regular basis...

i hope to god the people living in the new homes behind this joint wake up and start filing petitions to close wellington creek down. i'd sooner live next to the joliet prison than this place, now that i know what it's like.
