For the price, these aparments are great. I needed something with a flexible rental agreement, fairly inexpensive (for this area), and convienent - I got it all at Wellington Creek. My lease is up in October and I will be moving out of town for the winter months, but when I get back to the area next April - I will more than likely move back here. Yes there are some drawbacks, but what apartment complex doesn't have that - in my building there is only one washer, the other tenants are not all that friendly (but I was not living here to make friends - just to live - sleep and eat), and the parking lot is my back yard (but I knew that when I moved in). Other than that my experience has been above average. If you are looking for a nice place to lay your head without the expensive upcharges - this is a great place!
