The staff here is wonderful, have always been nice to us and fixed any problems promptly. Our apartment is clean and neat. We had brand new carpet installed, along with new cabinets and new kitchen appliances. The kitchen didn't have a garbage disposal which was a downfall, and it is quite small. The heating is pretty bad, only the front room gets heat and the back of the apartment is an ice box or a furnace in the summer. The shower leaks and so do most of the sinks, no matter how many calls to the office. But you can deal with it. Neighbors aren't bad, except for some occasional disturbances. Parking is good and well lit. Overall it was an alright place to stay.
