I was reading all of the comments about International Village and I think there are some things to consider about International Village that nobody else has.

1. The renovations... Yes the buildings are 30 years old, so there are slight problems with them, but that is exactly what they're fixing. Who else is doing that in this area' Aren't most apartment buildings about 30 years old' Most management companies end up running down their places. I've heard of small leaks here and there but no disasters. People make everything such a big deal.

2. The office staff... I know the International Village office staff personally and they are definately not rude. I'm offened at the things written about them. I'm sure in dealing with 671 units they get their fair share of impossible people to deal with. Treat people how you want to be treated and you won't have a problem there.

3. That's it.
