I got a great offer, $675 a month for a two bed room apartment. All kitchen appliances in it were brand new (fridge, oven, washing machine). Both heating and cooling are available though the furnance requires fixing every once in a while. Carpet is nice and clean. It's not easy to hear voices from neighboars. Walls are well sealed at my Devonshire building.

Best of all, there is a clubhouse with indoor pool, little gym, billiard tables, ping pong, big screen TV, piano, and constant resource of coffee, juice, and pop corn. So, you get to meet all sort of people and spend some good time.

There are also 3 tennis courts and free tennis instructions every summer, 1 basketball court and 1 sand volleyball court as well as an outdoors swimming pool.

You really can't go wrong with international village. It was a great offer for a new graduate like me. Though I wish there were more chics to hang out with :p
