My fiance and I were SO excited about renting at IV. The apartment in the model was absolutely beautiful, spacious, newly renovated building, etc. However, that was the MODEL. When we moved into our apartment, it was clean, new carpet. But as I began to look around there were spiders, all kind of unidentifiable bugs ALL around the apartment (for which the exterminator has been out several times to NO avail!) and then we began to discover issues with the appliances and toliets in the apartment. The building in NO WAY is clean. It smells awful when you walk thru the entrance, so bad that I literally hold my breath until I get inside my apartment. I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on above my head and I don't believe the people above me are so large that I should hear their every move. Not to mention, some of the tenants take it upon themselves to use the stairs to the back entrance as a patio with their loud music coming from their open trunked cars! We were very excited initially, but now it's getting very frustrating and I'm sure we won't be here too much longer! The only good thing about this place is the layout of the apartment.
