I have never seen cheats like International Village

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
It took me while to realize how rude a person could be. Staff people are geared to extract maximum rent and penalty. Staff of International village and the ethics of the management are the worst in entire country, please stay away from these cheats. You can always find a better deal at Covington.
