1. These buildings are old. The floor above us creaks, and we have cracks in our walls.

2. The kitchens are small, with little counter workspace.

3. The windows are old and let a draft in.

4. The washers and dryers are a ripoff. The machines are supposedly new, but they do not work a majority of the time. Today, my washers didn't drain until 2 minutes were left in the cycle. I've called and complained to no avail (they outsourced the laundry room). Also, $1.65 for a wash and $1.25 to dry...Absolute waste of money.

5. Laundry rooms use cards, not cash. Only machine to fill up your card is in the clubhouse, which closes at 9:00.

6. Forgive my language, but the place smells like ass. From spice wars to sweaty sneakers left out in the hall, to leaky garbage bags being dragged down the hall, this place makes me want to puke.

7. Plowing has been a joke. There are sidewalks that have not been plowed once this entire winter. The contractors are late to respond, and management has done nothing to help with the snow.

Im sorry but Im gonna have to disagree with you entirely. Ive been at IVL for 2 years and love the place. Yes, the buildings my be a little dated but the buildings have been rennovated and painted from the outside. Sorry, if your floor creaks because mine dont. Ive got the big two bedroom apartment and I have ample counter space. Maybe you shouldve spent the extra 50 bucks a month and upgraded instead of renting the smaller two bedroom. I will agree that the windows can be drafty at time. Maintenance came out and sealed my windows the best they could and the problem is no where near where it once was. By the way, the washers are $1.35 and the dry is %1.25.

Beware of the Rental Office!!! Now a days they just steal the water and cheating rental procedure. Do not consider for Rending. I agress the Tenent can not post positive feedback, If there are some then its from Rental office. They are not honost
