The plowing has been great - with the amount of snow we have received this winter the plows have responded in a timely manner. By the time I leave for work in the morning the conditions of the roads are great.
In regards to the laundry - at least we have clean rooms to do our laundry and it is on the same building rather than having to go to a central location on the property.
Management responds in a timely manner to any issues that I experience.
I have lived here for 4 years and think this is the best property in Lombard. The maintenance staff is experienced and friendly. The office staff is terrific. They are extrememly friendly and responds to any needs. I love IVL. I couldn't ask for a better apartment to call home.

I slipped and fell this weekend right in front of my building/near the stairs...There was an ENTIRE truck filled with ice-away bags unused sitting parked in the lot. The windows are SOO drafty; we waste so much money in heat because they constantly let frigid air in. Our bedroom window forms ice on the inside and then there are pools of water on the ledge. They claim to want to conserve energy...so you now pay all of your utilities..The conserve energy is line of bull instead you now rely on everyone else's use of electric/gas while paying your bills. This place reaks to high heavens on most days. I too feel like i'm going to hurl and try to not breath in the hallway and run into my apartment. It also appears that they have the workers put up new coats of paint over and over again in the hallways if there is no work for them outside....try de-icing the place!! Winter is obviously not the best time to paint inside because it's too COLD to open the windows to allow for proper ventilation. I CAN NOT wait to get out of this place, and I would never suggest that anyone move here.
