Got a very short notice of less then 24hrs for water supply shut off. When questioned, the staff sounded like they did a favor of giving a notice. As per them, giving a notice is going an extra mile. So you can guess how rude is the Management. I had a sick child at home and hence missed out on the notice. I would have expected atleast a call to the residents or a flyer to each appartment when there is a urgent shut off of water. The staff was not helpful after knowing that I was out of water and my child was sick and throwing up. I am very dissatisfied with the staff and would not recommend this place.
