If any positive feed back on this apartment it is only from the rental office. They are computer savy so they write thier own ratings. dont believe.
I am living here for many days. Postive thing is maintanance staff comes on time to repair any problems but it is not worth to stay. Rents they started increasing after you join. Utility bills are common for 700 units. managemnt they are including club house and common area utility on tenants bills. I got just for water and gas for month of june 198.92 dollars.. it is too much. when I asked rental office they say they can't do any thing as it is common for all units. they also say you agreed for it. you never know what documents you sign when lease is signed. they will ask 200 papers to sign. it is big cheat.
snow removal in the winter times is bad. when we call the rental office they blame on contracter. my wife with kids fell two times on the side walk.

When I was checking the apt as a new tenant, office management told me how much the utility bill will be approximately, $75(plus minus $20 for one bedroom). Do you think they lied to me? Thanks.

I actually would like to know also..I just looked at the place and the only thing holding me back is the ridiculous way they have utilities set up
