Been living here since Nov '07, liked it a lot. Maintenance staff is great, office staff is great, clubhouse staff is great with the exception of the woman who works there in the morning - she's kind of snotty priss.
Utilities are being charged now, and the prices are high, but the good thing is that we're being reimbursed 10% back of what we paid, and we're getting charged 10% less going forward.
Facilities are great.

Dear Great Place. How do you like your new ISTA Bill? We got a discount for 1 month now it is sky high again. $109 for a 1 bedroom.

yeah, I feel you on that. I have a two bedroom corner unit and a full family, so we get charged quite a bit ourselves. I hate the bill, but from all my other friends living in apartments, looks like this trend is starting to take hold everywhere (but I think others are paying individual bills, not this calculated thing). I'm not sure how much I'm paying because I've put it on automatic payments with ISTA (that's how I deal with all bills).
