In less than 2 years my children and I have been outside in the middle of the night at least 3 times due to electrical fires / problems in the mid-rise bldg. First something in the basement malfunctioned. Then a piece of equipment on the roof burned out. And lastly, we watched the victim of the last fire pretty much die in front of the bldg. The roof makes noise and the walls & old windows leak when it rains heavily- no matter what floor you live on.
Spend your money wisely and move somewhere else.

I live there too. And on Friday I just loved parading outside due to the fire alarm going off once again. This place is awful and not worth the price! The walls are falling apart and it's very loud to live here. Take all these tips into consideration before wasting your time and moving here!

I agree not worth the price at all. The parking is horrible, mangament is greedy and only worries about their pockets and the noise is redicilous, the walls are paper thin and they are always doing construction on other apartment waking you up. For the price I reccomend you find somewhere else to live.

The rent is overpriced, but tenants get w double whammy with the co-op like set up for utilities. It's not so bad when 12 residents on a floor split the cost for water, heat, garbage, elec,...but when the floor is half empty (like now because so many have left after the fire/ fatality)....those remaining end up paying more since there are so many empty units. In today's market you can rent a house for less than this overpriced motel.
