Horrible Landlord - Horrible Apartments - I have never dealt with a more shady/rude human being in my life then the landlord of this place. Excellent apartments & maintenance My wife and i have lived here for 1-1/2 years and found it to be of excellent value. Maintenance was always prompt and the place is safe and relatively friendly compared to other places. Snow shovelng is prompt and so is lawn care. Very good appliances.

Excellent ! Friendly Management ! Apartments are really good. Management are very friendly. They have flexible lease.
The maintenence is really good.Whenever you give a call, They used to come in an hour during week days.

Sucks This place sucks and is to expensive, they don´t want to clean the floors even the previous people had cats spray all over the carpet. The landlords are very useless and don´t want to help with anything.

Poor customer service, mediocre utilities The best thing this place has going for it is location (near I-90 and Perryville), but that makes it above the average rent rate as determined by the Rockford Register Star.
I picked this particular unit for the on-site washers and dryers.

Best apartment I've lived in. I moved into my apartment in Jan 05. Before leaving Virginia I was able to apply to rent, be approved, and pay a partial deposit by phone.
I flew to Illinois from Virginia and was meeting most of my belongings but had traveled with 5 pieces of luggage.
