The managment here is a joke. They write up fines like they're candy. I have friends who have told me their entire building was fined because someone dropped some eggs on the sidewalk. Another one of my friends said that everyone on 1 side of the building "his side" was fined because there were some charcoals spilled on that side. Management (Rick) is a pain. He will treat you like a child not a tenant. Bottom line go to Turnberry I heard that since they've switched management things are pretty nice. Oh, and you better not have any visitors because there's no where for them to park.
