This will be the man you will be dealing with at Aspen Courts. He will charge you for everything possible. There job at Aspen Courts on Check-out day is to screw you over in every possible way. And they want to argue... When most places policies are the Customer is always right. I was a customer there and will never be back there again. Anyone thinking of living there thinking it is nice.. you will regret it. The staff and management is horrible. They have no idea what they are doing. The manager is a sexist pig=rick. Probably why he only has girls working with him. He has no tact with people. If he wants business again from people who have lived there before he needs to change his attitude.
The noise there is ridiculous. I had a child. Every time the person that lived above me decided to have sex. My child heard it all! Do you really want your children somewhere that has no privacy and vulgar noises from next door or upstairs' I would hope not. This is the enviroment that Aspen tries to talk to highly of. It's sad how cheaply made the walls were and how much they charge you to live there.
Our garbage disposal never worked no matter how many times we called maintance.
The back door would never work with anyones keys and they never fixed it no matter how many times people called them to.
