This is the worst apartment complex anyone could ever consider living in. No one in the office is competent and the Manager is the poorest excuse for a manager that I have ever seen. You go by their rules and they sit on their butts and dont do anything. I dont think they have a clue as to what they are suppose to be doing. The free internet is really free as in it never works!! After repeated calls to the office and being told it would be fixed right away and that never happening a call the interente provider informs residents that the owner did not install the proper router. Instead of getting the right one they got cheap ones no wonder they have to be reset all the time. The McDonalds up the street has better WIFI than this place. Its kind of sad to be paying this much money and having to go to the rec center or to McDonalds to use the internet. Move in day... what a joke. They get the equivalent of 4 months rent and then you cant get your keys until the manager decides to show up with them they tell you a certain time and then waltz in over 3 hours late. That ended up costing people an extra days rent on UHAULS as they couldnt get them back by closing time that day. While everyone was standing outside waiting to get their keys in the 90 degree weather we got to watch the blinds in our apartments flutter as the management had all the ACs running full blast and all the lights on but yet the electric had to be on in our names on move in. The owner of this complex must not care he could have a really nice place here but really needs to reconsider his management and office help. Also make sure you know who damaged something before fining a bunch of innocent residents, oh and I dont know who does their carpet cleaning but $660.00 to clean hallways that someone puked in is a little much as that happened back in August and it hasnt been cleaned yet.
Think really hard before applying for an apartment here. Would also be nice to talk to the owner as you get no where with the office help or the management.

I am a tenant of Aspen Court and have been for two years. It is the best complex and was rated the best to live in by the students in spring of 2007, in the student newspaper. I have had no issues, my internet has always worked and I think the staff is very friendly

You're a tenant, who also works on the Aspen Court staff. You're only nice to yourself, which is why the staff is so friendly.
