I've lived at Aspen Court for three years. It is definitely the best place to live. The units are new and have the best features of any apartments. They also have an Exercise/Rec center that is the best. I use it all the time instead of going to campus to work out. I understand they have a pool going in this Spring. I am just sad to be graduating and leaving before the pool opens. I can occasionally hear my neighbors but that's to be expected from time to time. I used to live in a one bedroom and then moved to a two bedroom. I got all of my security deposit back (except for the automatic carpet cleaning charge). If anyone else didn't get their deposit back, i'm sure it was because they didn't clean the apartment or they did damage. That only makes sense. I definitely recommend Aspen Court to anyone and any time i've ever had an issue, the management was super helpful.
