The new management for Campus Manor is great. The rent may be a little high, but compared to Aspen Court, Turnberry or the even the sister company Campus Pointe; Campus Manor is still cheaper and provides the same amenities and especially the closeness to campus being behind North Quad. The maintenance guys suck cuz they take about a week to get back to you, but if you go tell the office they make them go right away to fix your problem.

There's visitor parking, new gym, new computer center, new carpet/flooring, new bathrooms, newly repainted, new doors, brand new office, FREE high-speed internet and cable, FREE water, garbage pick-up, and private parking. The only bill is electric and it never runs my roommate and me more than $30 dollars a month, usually it's less than that and we divide it between both of us.

I personally love Campus Manor even though the rent went up a little for the high demand.
