We moved in just after they started remodeling the apartments. So we kinda lucked out by getting one that had already been redone. We never had any real problems. The dishwasher leaked and they came and put in a new one right away. There was a problem with noise though. Although, that is to be expected living in college apartments. Plenty of parking and close to the bus stop. Overall, it was not a bad place to live.
