Not a great place to live

When my room mate and I first moved in, many things needed replacing. The light bulbs were burn out in every room, the knobs in the bathroom, hallway light covers. The first week we moved in, the cover to the hallway light fell on my head because it was not screwed into the fixture tightly enough.
The stove surface (heating units) were uneven, when I would put a pot on the range, everything would cook uneven, and it smelled like gas whenever I would turn the stove on and off (red flag).
The carpet smelled when we first moved in, there was massive caulking damage in the shower, and we found cockroaches on three different occasions on our kitchen floor. My room mate and I cleaned up after ourselves, food on the floor or counters was never an issue unless food had gotten stuck behind appliances from the renters previous.
The employees (all of which are blond college girls) are very nice but somewhat forgetful and "flighty". If you have a problem or concern, make sure you write it down, because it will be forgotten about once you leave the office. I have left one or two messages on their machine, and I never once got a return phone call back. It was frustrating.
The business is not horrible but it is not great. The office is ran by college girls. That much speaks for itself. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
