PROS-they have fitness center that is ok for mild workouts at best.
-They have basic cable and internet included, although internet is down a lot.
-The staff is friendly and they will accept packages delivered to you if you arent home when it is delivered.
-CM is a 5-10 min walk to class

CONS-There is one window AC per unit. Its in the living room, so you get hot at night(unless you sleep in living room). And the stupid thing spits water out constantly.
-Their electric stoves are the worst I have ever seen. A single burner ($20) is a must
-Each bathroom is slightly larger than a closet.
-They have defective fire alarms (we had the dept come to our apt at 4 AM because they thought there was a fire)
-The buildings all seem cheaply built. Noise from the living room to my room carries over like nothing.
-They have no quarter dispensers, and their luandry machines cost $2.50 a load.

And for anyone that gave this place a perfect rating, I will bet my deposit check that the person who wrote that was a staff member
