Honestly, i am not all that unsatisfied with these apts. Yes, the walls are thin, and you can hear everything above you. But if something needed to be fixed, they fixed it in decent time. I have never once seen a mouse, and i have very rarely ever seen the cops here either. It's a college town, there are cops everywhere. Overall i don't think it's that bad. It's not a palace, it's a normal college apt.
